Grandmaster Crandall on Talk 100.7 FM

Grandamaster Clifford Crandall Jr., founder of the American Martial Arts Institute talks Fitness & Body-Building Competition at 76.


On Monday, October 30, Grandmaster Crandall stopped by the Talk 100.7 FM studios in Utica, NY for an interview about his preparation to compete in the 2023 OCB NYS Natural Amateur Open/Masters Pro Qualifier.


OCB stands for The Organization of Competitive Bodybuilders, and it is an affiliate of the International Fitness & Physique Association. These are all natural shows, meaning that no steroids, performance enhancing drugs, or prohibited substances are permitted. Every competitor must submit to a drug test and polygraph before the start of the competition.


Grandmaster Crandall spoke about physical fitness and staying active as a life-long pursuit.
