OUR SCHEDULE
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays
First Class: 6 to 7 pm (ages 6-12)
Second Class: 7:15 to 8:15 pm (ages 13 and older)
Ages 6-12 attend classes twice per week (on an assigned night). Students ages 13 and older may attend up to 4 times per week!

The American Martial Arts Institute is under the direction of its founder, Grandmaster Clifford Crandall, Jr. We offer traditional martial arts classes for all ages with three styles from which to choose. All classes are taught by certified, adult black belt instructors. Our 6,400 square foot training hall includes three large training rooms, viewing areas, changing rooms, and professional equipment for a clean, educational environment. Styles and Classes
EMPTY-HAND
Improve balance and flexibility. Reduce stress. We have traditional empty hand martial arts classes for ages 3-5, 6-12, teenagers, and adults. Classes include stretching, punches, kicks, basic forms, katas, self-defense, sparring, bagwork, and more. Learn more.
SAMURAI SWORD
Our iaido style is over 300-years old and currently in its seventh generation. Takenouchi-Hangan-Ryu-Matsuno-Crandall Iaido and Batto-do uses a samurai sword to develop piece of mind through physical action (Bushido). For ages 18 and older. Learn more.
TRADITIONAL CANE
American Eagle Cane Style uses a walking cane for blocks, strikes, katas, self-defense, and more. This traditional martial art style is for ages 18 and older and techniques learned can be applied to an umbrella and other everyday items. Learn more.
