This instructional DVD covers nine takedowns (three from grab attacks, three as counters to a punch, and three as counters to a kick), several counters against a knife attack (including attacks from behind), counters against a gun, 5 come-along techniques to advanced control stages, and more.

This DVD was originally released in 2009 and runs 53 minutes. Each techniques is demonstrated in explained in detail from multiple camera angles, and in DVD format it includes chapter buttons that allows the viewer to review the techniques at any time without the need to watch the entire video every time they wish to refresh the techniques.
